Dermot is the Operations Manager at PILC. He has spent much of his career managing and delivering support
services for frontline advice agencies.
Dermot spent a decade at Islington and then Tower Hamlets Law Centres. More recently, he worked for Asylum Aid, an NGO advising and representing asylum seekers and refugees. Alongside his work at PILC, Dermot is the secretary of a national grant-making charity providing financial assistance to beneficiaries.
Outside of work, much of Dermot’s time is spent helping to run his local branch of the Woodcraft Folk, a grassroots co-operative movement of children and young people.
