Jacqueline is an advocate with over 20 years’ experience. She specialises in matters relating to health and social care, disability, and social housing, as well as providing advocacy to employees requesting support during grievance and disciplinary proceedings.

Since 2019, she has been a registered paralegal and she now operates her own certified paralegal practice, working as an Employment Tribunal lay representative on behalf of employees, with the majority of her clients being health and social care professionals. Jacqueline also provides representation during NMC Fitness to Practice Investigations. In her work with the Social Housing Action Campaign, she facilitates the Disability Visibility Group.

Jacqueline is a former board member of Health Watch Waltham Forest, where she contributed to oversight and guidance around HWWF’s adherence to operational objectives, the recruitment of office staff, budget management, outreach projects, and the development of the organisation’s NHS advocacy service
