Gypsies and Travellers
We aim to defend and promote the rights of Gypsies and Travellers to pursue their cultural heritage, including a nomadic way of life, by using the law to enable people to live on land. We provide legal advice and representation to those who do not live in bricks and mortar housing, including Gypsies, Travellers, bargees, and those residing in vans, and help people to secure access to safe and culturally appropriate living conditions.

Our legal expertise includes:
Planning applications and appeals
Evictions from rented/owned land
Roadside evictions
Possession proceedings
Defending injunction proceedings
Mobile Homes Act proceedings
