Palestine Solidarity
We use the law in support of the Palestine Solidarity movement. We act on behalf of Palestinian nationals and their families living and working in the UK, as well as affected organisations, grassroots groups, and activists. We aim to strengthen legal accountability for those responsible for war crimes and to increase pressure on UK authorities to act transparently regarding their involvement in or complicity with the genocide in Gaza, and the illegal occupation of the West Bank.

Our legal expertise includes:
Submissions to the War Crimes Unit
Corporate accountability
Local Government Pension Scheme and investment policies
Protection of Freedom Flotilla participants
Civil defence of activists
Regulatory action
Taking on UK Lawyers for Israel: PILC files complaint over the silencing of Palestine solidarity.
We have filed a formal complaint with the Bar Standards Board against three King's Counsel - patrons of UK Lawyers for Israel - alleging that their senior status has been used to lend weight to legal threats against Palestine solidarity groups.
Take Action
We also aim to support communities with:
Council Investment Policies: Understanding and challenging local authority investment strategies to promote ethical, accountable decisions.
Flotilla Advocacy: Supporting families of Freedom Flotilla participants, including engagement with the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) and guidance on when to seek legal advice.
We will not rest until we see a fairer and more equitable society.
